I ride St Anthony all the time. That's not there. It's hard to tell where it is cause the goofy fisheye lense. I would guess somewhere in the middle East.

So you use a Dobeck fuel controller? Is it the afr plus that uses a o2 sensor for auto tune? Or the standard type that has 3 buttons and 8 lights?
I have a Dobeck gen 3 I use
