I'm not sure if you can bore those or not. Some are nickacell plated and you can't unless you have it replated. I think you would be ok just re-ringing it. Valve seals cause blue smoke to, but usually only upon start up.
But if its just all the time when its running its the rings. I would make sure to clean your air filter very often. Sand/dust is the killer for rings. But if its smoking when its shut off
it may be best for a nice insurance policy.
