I say let the greenies close it down..............

THEN let's see what supports the local economy in the areas.......... :(

When ever I hit the Oregon dunes I SPEND a minimum of $600 in the area I'm in. Let's see now times that by say 500 other family's that visit...........

WAKE UP, now is not the time to pull the rug out from under more small business in our country, BUT hey that's just my measly opinion.

Quite frankly I think it's time to QUIT giving and do some taking.........

EVERYTIME this issue comes up WE have to compromise. That means giving up more riding spaces to give the greenies what they want. THEY WIN, WE LOSE. Little by little the green movment erodes away our riding areas, in the long run they'll get what they want and our sport takes a back seat to there so called needs.........

Is it time for YOU?? It is for me............

There is a gentleman by the name of Jody that is getting the blue ribbon coalition involved to sue the forest service over land closure. Im not sure where the link went but if you do some searching the info is out there. There was talk about the BRC putting up a donate spot on their website to gather funds for court cost ect...

Amen. When they close down these areas, I know at least 20-30 people that spend probably a total of around $30-50K on the coast year probably, that WILL NOT be going anymore.

I love the dunes there, but without all the 'features' that make it a unique place to ride, they don't really have shit. The open dunes are fun enough to screw around on, but not enough to keep me there. This essentially cuts the dunes down to an hour worth of riding to cover then entire area.

I have NO qualms about taking longer trips down to Cali, NV, Idaho if I'm going to be FORCED to ride only open dunes. Why WASTE my time and money in Oregon ?

NOT TO MENTION many of these places have outlawed racing recently. This is like the systematic decimation of the small local tourist based economies these places depend on. Absolutely going to crush these cities.

WEAK SAUCE

Anyone got some DIRT tires for sale ? :banghead:
