Thank you for the shock info Norcal,l am thinking of using Fox floats front and rear. http://tboltusa.com/store/product_in...products_id=57
I need to do a little moore research but i think they will work for us,they are wery adjustable riderweight, preload and so on and they shold be bolt on.I also have a 10,5" tripple rate Elka that we used on the Apex that we can use
Once we get the Raptor 90 in house i wil find out moore about interchanglable parts for those of you that may bee interested(clutching etc.)My son is now 7years old and and in his 3rd year of MX racing,he started out backyard racing at two and a half on a litthle 50cc china quad, this quad has now been handed down to my daughter she is 3,5yrs.old i bet she will be happy to when the Raptor is handed down to her.

Raptor in florence
If I could figure out how to post her pick on here I would. She was happy as can be to be able to ride with Daddy on the dunes. Raptor 90 did great climbed most everything, i say most cause mom gotta face full of sand when she got stuck. Fit and finish is nice. Odd that it had right side chain driven. And the parking brake having to be pulled in to start it a pain. She road it the couple miles or so to the beach and down some pretty good trails. I would recommend the Raptor 90 to anyone looking for there kids to have a good time. To kids that race.....if you want to be competative with this you will have to tweak it but you have a decent platform to start from.

Wheel Pattern
I did find out after some extensive leg work that the wheel bolt pattern is a 4/110 (popular Honda Pattern)

all we do to start our Rap 90 is pull in the left hand brake lever and hit the starter. The right hand brake lever, which has the parking brake button, does not activate the safety switch to allow starting. Check it out. We have a set of Skat-Trak Gliders for the 90. We ran them on our Polaris Outlaw 90 and they fit the Rap also. They are on .125 Douglas wheels and they are the 18" diameter tires. Very light weight!!! Worked well on the Outlaw, going to try them on the Rap in a few months.

Sorry I did mean the left hand brake not the parking break. Its just a pain for small hands to pull in far enough to engauge the switch (brake applies well before). Anyways really happy with it and the daughter walks out to the garage often to "admire" it. I was planning on getting the gliders for it in an 18" and just ordering another set of stock wheels for easy swapping. The stockers are pretty inexpensive comparitively.

You could just unhook the activation switch on the brake lever. Just unclip the electric switch that is on the frontside of the brake lever and zip tie it out of the way somewhere, then the quad will start without even touching the brake.
Also just to let you know, if her thumb is getting sore from the thumbthrottle (my daughters was), it is very easy to take out and bend the return spring on the side of the carb so there is less tension. They have a huge spring in there!
