Default Pulling flywheel on a 700? Clutch basket?

Do simply remove the torx bolts and use a harmonic balancer puller?

Also is the stock clutch basket ok or should I get an aftermarket one?

There is a flywheel puller on ebay that works great...

I think the stock clutch basket is sufficient on the 700's...

Even if I'm building the engine? It looks fine but I'd just rather not skimp on something so simple if I'm already in there.

stock basket is fine unless going crazy on the motor. get the puller off ebay and leave the torx bolts in the flywheel, they wont help you get it off, you need the right pulled although a 2 jaw will work just not efficiently

Sweet. I ordered the correct puller. Figured I'd better do it right!
