I just rebuilt mine. Way easier than you'd think. If I had the extra coin sitting around I'd go with precision but for mine now the CCP is fine, but like morph said on his kind of terrain Precision is probably smart. I just run into some roots every once and awhile sticking out of the sand.

Could not contact the guy who makes them. Member on here goes by Easystreet had the same issue. Oddly enough it happened a few months apart on pretty much the same trail system, lol. We both at seperate times sent multiple emails to the guy with no response.

Don't let my opinion sway you on getting one though. As stated, they do work and if an o ring blows it is super easy to rebuild and Lowes, Home Depot carry those sizes in stock. Other guys in here have had them for years with zero issues. I just had the cash at the time to splurge on a better model otherwise I would still be running ccp and have o rings in my cabinet, lol.

Yeah the CS doesnt sound very appetizing. At least you were able to procure parts locally to fix it and it was an easy repair. I splurged and bought the pro a few months ago it made a big cavity in my wallet lol.

He is a little hard to get a hold of that is for sure. I sent a message on eBay to him and he did answer and sent a rebuild kit with instructions. But like morph said you can find most if not all the o-rings at a parts store. Just use hydraulic oil for the rebuild.

It really is simple, even if there were no instructions I could've done it. Once you open it up there is only one way for everything to go back together.

Ive probably read over that a while back morph when i was lurking and doing research on what all upgrades i want to do. There is a plethora of information on here. After being on here for a year now i dont think that i have put a dent in it, even though i read a lot daily.
