stock carb question

On right side of carb there is a Y with two vacuum hoses coming off. One goes towards front of quad other towards back. I didn't pay attention when took apart but where do they need to go to?

Never mind figured it out. Now, bike starts quick and idles OK, but low to mid rpm while accelerating it seems to slightly bog then past mid rpm it has all kinds of power. What jetting adjustments would you recommend trying?
