Master Link

Can anyone tell me if a raptor 125 has a master link in the stock chain ?
If not, do you really have to remove the swing arm to do so ?

Some, Yamaha's come without a master. You can loosen a sprocket or shorten your swing arm adjustment and remove it. then pull it over the tire. Or, you can punch out one link and install the appropriate master link.

Thanks Desperado ! Pretty sure the stock chain has no master link. I plan on replacing the rear sprocket when I do the chain as well.

Be sure to change both sprockets at the same time. Also, now is the chance to fine tune your gearing 1 or 2 teeth.
