Priority list to make 125 faster?

I have a stock Raptor 125 for my son to do cross country races on. I put new tires, bumper, and nerf bars on it. I changed the drive sprocket to a 13 tooth. Besides that everything else is stock. What is everyones opinion as far as beginning to make his bike faster? What would you do first?

Welcome to the forum,

I would look into whatever aftermarket exhaust is out there for that then jet accordingly. I don't know anything about those size of the Raptor family but freeing up the exhaust always helps anything.

Getting the spent combustion out faster as that geezer suggested is always good. That will allow you to get more in as well so I would look into an aftermarket air filter/intake. More going in will help you make more power. I suggest those two things first, then have the jetting adjusted for the increased flow.

Keep us posted on what you do and your sons progress, this sounds cool!
