I'm kinda confused? Why put 250graphics on it? Are they different or something. Or are you saying to make people think its a 250? Or just to do it?

Are you gonna be able to get that motor out with those front motor mounts as they are?
Maybe its just the photo angles, but it looks to me as though it would be tricky to pull the bottom out even with the head and cylinders removed. I'm sure you've thought of that and I'm wrong, just intrigued.

Good call. One thing I hated about my conversion was pulling the motor. It was like a little dance to get it out and back in. I have a buddy who has a lt500 chassis with a gs1100 motor in it. He made his lower frame rail unbolt and then he just lifts the chassis off the top of the motor. Works really well.

really its not that bad we took the motor out and put it back in tonight 3 different time's. only time this motor will come out is if something happens or i tear the bike down to change up color's. so then the entire bike will be torn down anyway's then just unbolt the rear frame and the motor come's out quite easy.

heres a pic of how it come's out. like i said we removed it and put it back in tonight a few different time. the thing about making the lower frame unbolt is it really effect's the strength of the frame. we could have built it that way but we are looking to build this the strongest possible.

We are going to bend up some tubing and drop them down to the top engine mounts. Then we will weld the top tube to a piece of flat bar and then bolt the flat bar to the top of the frame so the top motor mount will be removable. Ill post pics when Im done building that. Swing arm just showed up so I need to get that on now.

Really hadn't planned on changing them up. Tryin to keep it stock looking other than the extended swing arm and wheels and tire. Might put r1000 were the 700 sighs are but that's a maybe.
