Considering they aren't designed to have zerks will filling that tube full of grease help or just spill out everywhere and make a big mess?

zerk fittings are not going to keep your bolts greased. The aftermarket arms for Yamaha use a pressed in delrin short sleeve creating a void in which your need to then press in your bolt sleeve then your bolt. All the zerk will do is fill the void up with grease so unless you drill holes in the a-arm bushing sleeves your bolt wont get greased. Its a crap design. I bought LSR arms and honestly wish i let my buddy make a set the proper way. Delrin bushing and a sleeve only.

Alba arms are cheap, Most arms are cheap from what I have seen. Nicest ones i have had so far are houser arms.
