I'm putting it together now. When I took out a cylinder stud the threads in the case came out with it. Just put a helicoil in it so it should be good to go now. Swear it's one thing after another with this thing.

Well I was going to put a helicoil in it but forgot it's one of the holes that has the coil in it from the factory. Not I need to track down a Big-Sert repair kit for it. Gonna be a pain in the ass to find one.

Well Fastenal sells those inserts BUT the only one that has the size I need is the distribution in Indy. The Fastenal local could order them and have them by tomorrow afternoon but then I have to drive there to get them after 2pm. So I seen that Kimball Midwest is a distributor of them to. Called my Sales Rep and hes having them shipped to me and will be here tomorrow by noon. I'm gonna try and stalk the UPS guy and get them earlier though. If I can get them in the AM then I will see if I can get it together and get on the way sooner. Shouldn't take but a hour or so to assemble it after I get the insert in. I hope these inserts are as sweet as everyone says!

Still apart, waiting for the thread repair kit now. They sent the wrong kit last week so I didn't make the trip. No one stocks the Big Serts. I called about every one you could think of. Weekend was still a blast. Makes me realize that you don't have to have a fast quad to have fun. I rode my 3 mod DS650.
