Got it , thanks, Wiseco sent me several 660 pistons to find the best one since I had bought so many through my account, they just charged me for the one I didn't send back. Bored the cylinder for the 660 sleeve and with the 11.5:1 piston came to .025 below top of cylinder, so called it good.

Here's the motor, test started to verify everything before doing all the frame mods to build the bike. Once it ran for a few minutes , had 195psi compression, plenty high, maybe too much, I'll see.



need to machine a billet cap for the water pump since I don't need it.

What exactly are you doing? No water pump sounds like a real bad idea here...

lrd ported head,1mm over valves
736/737 web cam
carillo rod
LRD exhaust

It's a hybrid motor for an older aircooled bike (dual sport motorcycle). The head and cylinder is aircooled , no need for the pump .

u could remove the plastic pump gear to get you by till u make a plate... post pic of the plate wen u do it.. glad its working for ya
