My guess would be the timing was off when you went to start it. The valve opened and the piston hit it.

I agree, the timing marks must line up with crank and cam. Did you rotate the motor by hand before starting?

Yea that's what I was thinking that the timing marks where not aligned correctly its it possible that I damage some other parts of the engine should I replace only that one that looks bent or or should I do all of them the 2 exhaust and 3 intake you do you guys think

Depending on how hard of contact they made the piston could be cracked, and or the rod bent.

Check the piston for evidence of how many valves hit it. Spray some brake cleaner or similar thru the intake and exhaust and look for leakage past the valves indicating a bent one, and replace as needed. Check the rod and replace the piston and rings.

I'd replace all 5 valves and send the head off for a valve job.

I don't know how bad the valves hit the piston i couldn't get it to start after i replaced the bottom end gasket I'm guessing it was all due to not having the timing right when i put it back together. I'm taking it a part this weekend and inspecting everything to look for any damage or broken parts thanks guys
