Carb settings

I have a 2003 raptor 660. Everything on the quad is stock besides a Yoshimura slipon exhaust and a K&N air filter with the K&N air box lid. What settings should the carb needles be set on?

Did you get new jets with the K&N lid? If so you need to install them because the K&N breathes better than stock and itll make it run too lean. You shouldnt need to change your needle clip position since the quad is fairly stock still.

With open or holed lid you need DJ main jets: 146 in the left, 148 in the right (equiv to Mikuni 160 left, 165 right); DJ needles 1 notch rich of center and Mikuni 25 pilot jets with fuel screws at around 2.5 turns out from gently closed.

Of course, this assumes that all your carb's passages have been thoroughly cleaned out and the choke plunger works properly.
