Raptor 660 02 stuck in neutral.

Hello I have owned my raptor for over 2 years never gave me a problem untill today when trying to put into reverse it got stuck in neutral. Thanks any info would be awesome.

Is the return spring intact on the reverse shaft lever (lower rear of the left side case cover)?
