I'll address the only things i can understand from your rambling sentences:
Regarding the 'sensors' - the green/white wire (reverse switch) needs to be connected to battery minus. The green/yellow (parking brake) connection just needs to be disconnected from the switch wire.
You do not need to replace the neutral switch.
If the engine runs, the coil is fine.
Running issues are almost always carburetor related.
For the rest, I believe there is a language issue... could you get some help to translate, perhaps?
