Lost spark going down the trail

Hello!!
I have an 04 raptor 686. I was going down the trail and lost spark. I have replace the coil and spark plug also unplugged the rectifier. I tested the stator to specs and ohmed the wire from the cdi to the stator still no spark.... any ideas on the next step.... i am thinking bad cdi.. i replaced it last year wit a ameriracing stage three cdi

Have you replaced the plug?

I see that I did not read fully your OP, you stated the plug was replaced. Did your old CDI go bad and the reason it was replaced? It is kinda looking as if that did go bad, I had the same results with a 350 but I went with an Ebay CDI and it worked out just fine.

Well it took awhile to get the cdi which by the way had a two year warranty.... I have spark!!!
What a relief will be back on the trail next week👍👍
