2004 660 Carb Leak Question

Hello All!

Just picked up this 2004 Raptor 660 yesterday. Have a question. I got some gas leaking from the bottom of the carb on that nipple next to that screw. I have already loosened the screw and re tightened it with no luck. I took a pic of where its leaking from. The other side of the carb has the same screw hole of where fuel is leaking from but that side has a hose connected and the left side where the fuel leaks from has no hose on it. Ive attached a picture and a video of the issue I am having. I tried to google the carb diagram to tell you exactly where its leaking from but could not find a diagram online.
Thanks!

Welcome to the forum

The hose is just to keep it from dripping fuel on the motor. Those are actually the bowl drains and its leaking there because (most likely) the needle seat and o-ring are bad and its not stopping the fuel flow when the float comes up. Or it could be just that the float is set too high

Float bowl is overflowing because float valve is leaking or o-ring under float valve seat is cracked/leaking.
