"jumps" when cold

I have noticed that when I first ride my 660 around after it has been cooled down, (in first gear) it will go along ok, then "jump" forward every once in a while. After it has been warmed up it doesn't do this, it only happens when it's cold.
Normal Raptor behaviour? Is it a 4 stroke thing?
