In search of a machine shop...

Does anyone in or around Northern Illinois know of a good machine shop that has done bore work on cylinders? There seems to be a lot of old school farmer type machine shops around here and I'm way too anal to take my cylinder to a shop like that.

Any input?

Re: In search of a machine shop...

why dont you just go in and ask the machine shop first? for all you know he could be a master on boring cylinders for farm engines and shit like that.
