Cold engine requires more fuel, if it runs better cold, it's too rich when warm (most likely).

Yep, when I 1st got my 660 I spent a solid day tuning ,adjusting & tweaking till I got it spot on ( with the help of Willy , QuadManiac & others on the forum)..Now when spring comes & I get my bike going I will haft to re learn my tuning proses all over again. I cant wait

You must be pretty close by now though............

Ow so close Willy....I'm shooting for April. & by re learn I mean after ya switch to a 3 pluger you haft to more or less re teach your self how to jet..... You taught me that.
