Re: Jetting that works, collecting info

Here's where I'm at (works pretty damn good too):

2004 660LE Raptor
720 HR Stroker Kit (10.5:1); Premium Gas
Yoshimura RS-3 Stainless Exhaust w/ largest exhaust tip
Ported & Polished
K&N w/ No Air Lid
12 Tooth Front Sprocket; 22" Rear Tires (Mud Lites)
Aftermarket Ignition (No Rev Limiter & Modified Timing Curve)
Carb Settings:
160/165 DynoJet Main Jets, with DJ Needles also (3rd clip position I think, maybe 4th)
27.5 Pilot Jets
Pilot Screws; 2-1/2 turns for RH Carb, 2 turns out for LH Carb

I have awesome torque with this. I am running a little bit rich at the low end; still some very fine tuning left for the carbs, I think that I need to cut some spark plugs up to finish the fine tuning. I will probably wait until late spring to do this. I am planning to run on Ice this winter if we have enough.
