Too Much Handlebar Vibration!!

Long rides are becoming my biggest fear! After an hour or two of riding my hands turn numb and it ruins the rest of my riding. I'm on a budget so anything cheap I'll try, need help!!

Put on a set of Flex bars they allow the bars to move and help you keep your arms and hand from felling like shit after a long ride http://fasstco.myshopify.com/?variant=4028690499

Not they cheapest thing but they work great

Take the handle bars and one grip off. Use a tube of silicone and pump the bars full. Allow it to cure. The goal is to make the bars rubber filled to help dampen vibration.
