Stellar swingarm Anyone have a diagram other than factory??

Hello I just purchased a stellar swingarm and I'm having a bit of trouble with installing the bearings the manual is a bit difficult for me to understand. I got the left side in but on the right from the inside by the motor out I have seal, bushing, bearing then theirs a gap then seal washer then end cap and when I put the pivot bushing through its about a half inch long?I measured the old swingarm and the tube on the swingarm measures 3 1/2" and the stellar measures 3"?any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hope you Got it figured out by now, but that's not where the swinger connects to. I just got mine in the mail today and send it straight to the powder coater.
