My adjustment

I bought a Modquad 4" extended swing arm with Elka shock and had them install it to their specs. I called Elka up about the stock fronts. He said to loosen them up so they could move.

Adjustment over.

WHAT is the air pump valve on the bottom of the chamber at the top of the shocK? Does that need to have air in it?
