quad wants to stall out when i do a wheelie

bought it stock and it would wheelie all day long!! now i have a full yosh exhaust, k+n, open air box, dynojet stage 1 jet kit,air filter sock, and other goodies. now when i clutch or throttle it into a wheelie it will want to stall out within 3 sec. it really pisses me off . dynojet says i have the right jets in it, and as long as i dont do a wheelie the thing is stupid fast with no problems at all

oh and thanks to the people who posted the raptor manual, oil filter ref chart. and mainly the reverse rev delete .

You might have a float sticking.....I hate for you to take it all apart, but you may check it.

Search the site for the "clear tube" or "sixsixt" method for adjusting the floats, it'll tell you what you need to do.

Photobucket is trash now, use something else.

Yep, clear tube should do the trick! A buddy of mine was having the same problem and I did this to his quad and the problem was solved. It should be done anyway, you will love the throttle response! Here is a sticky from another forum with great pics and complete run down on how to do it...

Or just read the original from sixsixt.
