I installed battery back wards and now wont start 05 raptor . wear do I begin to replace parts ?

Replacing the one and only fuse will probably take care of it.

Quadmaniac I read how you told livemetalb about cleaning up the run/stop switch, you gave me some suggestions already about my 01 Raptor not having spark,the Stator is junk,the cdi is a Procom and today I opened up the run/stop switch and that specific wire red/black stripe and the other one next to it were somewhat corroded and I saw some black like a spark was ignited or something, and it was so filthy inside,could that be one or the culprits of having no spark?
