Rebuilt carbs

Hey guys, newbie here. I have rebuilt these carbs 3 times before w no issues. This time when the bike starts it runs wide open. 1 carb may have the float set too high. Will 1 float set too high cause wide open throttle? I’m up for suggestions.

No - check throttle plate position!
