Armadillo six-pack rack & Dual Exhaust

So I ordered a used six pack rack on a whim off ebay... It didn't come with directions on how to install it so I am having a bit of trouble. I asked the seller if this was everything I needed to mount it to the Raptor he said this: Yes, as long as you still have your 2 rubber grommets connected to your bottom pan. And it will use top plastic bolts to fenders. I am not sure what rubber grommets he is speaking of and from what I can tell the bolts for the fenders are metal? I also forgot to mention I had dual exhausts to him.
Does anyone have any experience with mounting this rack? Ignore the zip-ties was seeing how the license plate would look back there :P

Here is what it looks like and what it came with. Not sure what these weird bolt/pin combo things are for the brackets I assume bolt to the rack and extend up for the rear fenders to mount on?

I've got a 6 pk rack and duel barkers on mine, it s not a armadillo but Ill try and post some pics tomorrow, maybe it'll help. I wanna say the rubber gromets are where the duels clamp near the rear of the airbox. Maybe on the plastic thats under the airbox and runs to the tail light. To me the way that piece fastens has always been a weak point. Again I'll try and get some pics of mine tomorrow, gotta finish my shopping first. I'm sure someone on here will be more help, doubt they could be less.

I wouldn't wanna be a member of any club that would have me.

The small pins go in the small holes of the grab bar, facing in. May need welded.

The rubber grommets from your old grab bar go on the above pins. Your underpan/tail lite slides into the grommets.

The angled brackets bolt to the frame, thru the grab bar, and support the rear fenders.

Longer bolts as well as a very small drop of blue loctite may be needed.

Do I need to remove the plastic to install this rack and take off the tail light? Or is it as simple as removing the 2 bolts from either side of the exhaust and the bolts from the rear plastic.

Thank you both for the help. I am glad this site exists with such helpful people on it, or I wouldn't get too far lol.For example I managed to mess up my front grill plastic not even thinking and scrubbing it with a scratch pad and soap...lol

cheers & happy holidays

You should remove the tail lite plastic, one screw on each side. Leave the fenders on for alignment of the angled brackets.

You can fix your grill. Go to a automotive paint or body shop, and ask for a very fine 'Scotch' pad. Scuff again with soap all over. Then get some 'SC1' (about $10) from any bike shop. Spray it on the grill and let it sit for 3 or 4 days, then wipe off for a great shine. You can spray the rest of the plastic too.

Oh ok. Was going to say in the Phoenix area (Peoria) is the best shop in town called R-ATV owned by Richard. He will absolutely without a question have the rubber grommets you need for your 6 pack rack.
