PROPER BREAK-IN FOR NEW MOTOR...

Has anyone seen this posted anywhere before? I would like to get your thoughts on break-in according to this website. I have my own thoughts and experience breaking in engines, but mostly on small and big block chevy race engines for the strip.

It has been posted on this site befor...not to long ago to be exact. If you do a search you will find some feed back on it already.
