bogging while cold problem

I have a little problem that I dont sure where its came from

when I cold start the quad with choke all good and then I slide the choke back the quad bogging and after few seconds its turn off its (not idle)
start it again and again he turn off after few seconds
when the quad is warm (after like 10 min of ride) its idle well without problem
another problem that I think is connect to this is on the first and second gear if I hit the thorttle low
its like do some cuts , cut the throttle and back cut and back but again when its warm doesnt do any problem.

Tried to full clean the carb
to up the idle rev but its not help

I think its the air screw there is a chance that is it
engine is after rebuild.
