I have the carb apart now and Im waiting on the new pilot jet. I pulled the needle out of the slide and there is the c clip in the groove and there is a nylon washer/spacer. When you say to put a washer in there to bring on the main sooner,do I add to that washer or should I believe that someone already put the washer/spacer in already. Therefore I should just leave it alone. It had the 32 pilot in it ao I dont know if any one was in here before. And if I add a washer how thick should it be? The exploded view only shows the needle with the clip and shows no washer/spacer.

Super helpful, thank you. just got a new 2013 Raptor90 and it's been at the dealer for last two days. Daughter can't even ride it cuz it stalls so bad. Dealer got it going, but it's choppy and dies if you get on it. This is EXACTLY what the problem is and know what to do. Thanks.

gonna buy my a set of these tomorrow and just drill my existing jet instead of paying 20+ for a small part

well then I read you shouldn't drill the pilot jet as they bored them out which is more precise than a drill bit.
