Having a big 4 stroke race here in a little less than a month come out and bring your bikes. Its 75 degrees here already march is usually beautiful. I will put out a challenge as well anybody that brings a raptor that can put down a better time than mine i will pay your gate fees for the whole weekend.

heres the schedule

This is a omw racing shootrule 4 stroke race similar to what is in bama there is 2 stroke classes as well

Thursday:

TNT all day 12-7 (give or take a little if we get started later we will run later)

Gate fee $5
Tnt Fee $20

Friday:
12-5 Tnt, 6- whenever Bracket (if we get done at a descent time we can run another bracket or open up for some tnt)

Gate fee $5
Tnt Fee $15
Bracket $20 I will put up bracket buy back/rules/payout shortly

Saturday
11-3:30 tnt

4-6 qualifying for heads up
6-7 Break time and late registration qualifying passes
7-done heads up racing

late registration info we will allow late registration until 6:30 if you miss the 4:00 registration time you can still register and get your qualifying pass during the 6-7 time frame before heads up racing BUT you will be moved to the back of the class even if you have #1 qualifying time. So if you care where you qualify be there on time. We will run #1 qualifier against last qualifier. (i think this is how the omw heads up rules did it i will confirm and have answer shortly) its either that or 1-5, 2-6, 3-7 etc. leading quailifier will have lane choice.

Gate fee $5
Tnt Fee $15
Heads up $40

we will have seperate staging lanes for this race 1 set for first set of 4 passes (thats 4x2 lanes so eight guys) then another for hot lappers

the weather is also generally somewheres in the 60-70 degree area and its not uncoming to have 80 degree weather the first part of march here so anybody in the cold area come check this out.

we added some more lights as well since the last race so it should be good and lite up a night time

Here are the rules for the race.

STOCK FRAME SHOOTOUT CLASSES
Class 1 -Stock frame small block 0-650 N/A
Class 2 -Stock frame big block 650-open N/A
Class 3 -Stock frame big block 650-open P/A
Class 4 -Small block 0-505/ big block 0-735 limited N/A
Class 5 -Drag frame -open

All classes are designed for single cylinder 4-stroke engines. Single cylinder 2-stroke may run with drag frame open class. V-Force may run with Big block and drag frame classes. No hybrids (Example: Honda motor in Yamaha frame). An official record will be set in each class. Records will only be legit during qualifying and racing, practice passes will not count.

STOCK FRAME SHOOTOUT RULES
Class 1. Small block 0-650cc class is for bored and stroked 450 based bikes(KTM 525 included) as long as it doesn’t exceed 650cc.

Class 2. Big Block 650-up class is designed for bored and stroked 650cc+ factory single cylinder bikes, V-Force included. Unlimited cc.

Class 3. Big Block 650-up class is designed for bored and stroked 650cc+ factory single cylinder bikes, V-Force included. Unlimited cc. Nitrous, blower and turbo allowed, any fuel.

Class 4. 0-505cc/0-735cc. Gas only, no additives. Engine may be built full race, no override(auto) transmission. Big and small block will run together in this class. This is an entry level class, therefore no evil features allowed. Any weight rider allowed. Wheelie bar allowed.

Class 4 Pro.0-505cc/0-735cc. Oxy fuel, auto tranny, evil features allowed.

Class 5. Open drag frame 1 cylinder. Unlimited.

Protest fee for class 4 and 4 Pro is $300. If a bike is protested it will go to a designated area and the cylinder head will be removed to check bore and stroke by a track official. If protested bike is illegal or owner refuses to tear down, his winnings will go to second place winner and second place winnings will go to third. There will be ZERO tolerance on engine size. 505.001cc is illegal.

Fuel:
Oxygenated gas and Methanol is legal in every class except Class 4. Winners specific gravity will be tested according to manufacturers specs. M3 and M5 Methanol is illegal.

Frame:
Stock frame means factory frame with unaltered geometry, no stretching or motor relocation. Yes the stock frame may be lightened, gussets cut, cable hangers removed, unnecessary bracing removed etc.
Main frame rails can not be cut out and replaced, frame can not be stretched.
Motor mounts (at least 2) and all shock mounts will have to be in the factory location.
Obviously light weight components can be bolted on such as extended swingarms, a-arms, subframe etc. Swingarms, a-arms, subframes can not be welded on.
The intended purpose of the stock frame class is that modifications are "bolted on" to the factory locations. No rigid bolt-on extended front ends. (Example: The WK bolt-on front end)

Evil features:
1.One main frame cross bar removed and replaced with a lighter one.
2.Weld on foot pegs
3.Move or replace one motor mount with a lighter one- at least two motor mounts MUST remain original so motor bolts into factory location
4.Steering stem mount relocation (Example: Raptor stem mount is located on the upper a-arm mounting bars, when these are removed the stem has to be “relocated” to the lower frame rail)
5.Single a-arm setup
6.Rider less than 150lbs
Evil features apply to all classes except Class 4 and 5.
A maximum of 3 evil features allowed.

this one will be once a year hopefully we have a drag series though between our track, one in lauringburg nc, (Outback ATV Park) and one in goldboro, nc (Busco Beach) that has 12 races scheduled for this year we have a pretty good turnout love to see some raptors and other bikes show up to them. its bracket and index racing this event is the only heads up we have scheduled this year some of the other local tracks may have some and we may put something in for the fall but im not sure
