Having carpal tunnel flexx bars work wonders. I'm using a 15 degree quad racer low w/ anti-vibration inserts and XC Gear Mako 360 bar clamp. My hands no longer bother me when riding.

Dam those clamps are pricey. I still up in the air About flex bars or shock and vibe clamps. They cost about the same if you factor in the fact u need a steering stem for the clamp. How much do these flex bars travel? I am worry i am not gonna like the feeling of the bars moving.

You can adjust the stiffness of the flex bars by tightening a nut on each side, just count threads exposed to ensure one side is not tighter than the other. They also come with different polymers to make it stiffer or softer. Mine is set with the softest.
