Fox shocks

Does anyone on here run fox shocks? I just bought new fox shocks for my quad and the rear springs don't seem right. They set it up for 200lbs xc. It has a 375 main spring and a 900 tender spring. I haven't installed it yet, it just seems off. By my calculations, the suspension is going to ride on roughly a 635lb spring until the crossover when it gets to the 375lb spring. This seems backwards to me. Any input?

I'm new to quads, but I thought the dual rate spring is supposed to be soft at first, not last

Not that much of an expert but the lighter spring will compress first.

Your rate will be 265lbs when both springs are active, when the 900 spring stops moving the rate will be 375. It gets more mind boggling when you add 3 springs to the math.

Did you buy the shock used or had a shock builder do it? Can you reach out to them?

That rate would be perfect, I'll try to get it on a shock machine today and see the actual rate. The spring combo just didn't seem right and I can't find much around about dual rate stuff
