Ok so here goes. Adding on what morph started, while you have the rear end raised, check for play in the wheel hubs, sprocket hub, and brake rotor indicating bad axle splines.
Raise the front and check for play in steering stem, a arm bushings, tie rod ends, and ball joints. Also check the stem to see if its bent at all.
Once warm, check to see if it smokes in high rpm indicating top end rebuild around the corner.
Maybe check the oil gallery bolt while its running for good oil pressure.
On the 700, the spark plug is super easy to access. Check to make sure its not super white, indicating a lean running condition.
Squeeze those brakes real good and check the calipers for leaks.
After you ran it, check the bottom of the motor for oil leaks.
Check the front sprocket area for any case repair welds.
Check the headlight mounting brackets. The headlights break easily with any front end incident.
When you test ride, pull 2nd gear hard! Its usually the first one to go out.
Thats just off the top of my head, if i think of more that nobody else has mentioned, i will add it
