Electrical lights issue

Hi all. As I've previously had such good help from every 1 here, I thought I'd throw out a new problem. When I turn on my lights the left light is constantly on high beam and the right light is normal. After 30 seconds the right light starts blinking between high and low beam light a turn signal. After blinking like that for 15 seconds it turns off leaving just the left light constantly on high beam. Any one know why it's doing this and how I can fix the problem?

I would suspect you have a ground problem and the power is back feeding the other side of the light bulb looking for a ground.
