How to remove the stock throttle limiter

So here is a tutorial how to remove the stock throttle limiter on Raptor 700R 2016

Its simple.
Open, cut, close.

Note that there is also a limiter (screw) on the handlebar.

That's really bad, why would they do that. What years does that cover?

That's odd. Is this on all the newer ones? My 09 doesn't have that. Or is this something that comes with raptors in other countries?

This limiter comes on all street legal raptors, here in europe. By the law they should not exceed 15kw...

It did not come on my street legal raptor (2014) (Sweden part of Europe) (Made streetlegal by a company in Italy)
