exhausted Next we raced D13 at Southfork, which has a set of 3 triples in a row that most of the youth quads only double. His friend Corey decided to try tripling them to make the pass. It didn't work out so well. Again he was alright, but it was a close call. Braden ended up getting 3rd in each class.

Here is the phone cam of the Mod moto 1 when Corey wrecked.

Here is Bradens hemet cam of the same race.

Here is Helmet cam of moto 2 of Mod, Braden was on the tail for 2nd place, but couldn't quite get around him.

Then we went back to ECMX last weekend for another D13 Race. Braden won Moto 1 of Mod, then had a bad start in Moto 2 and only finished 3rd, for a 2nd overall. In Production he was in 3rd place in Moto 1 but his frame broke where it goes up to the steering stem. He finished 3rd still in moto 1, but just rolled 2 laps in moto 2 to get whatever points he could. He probably finished 6th overall in that class.

Phone video of Mod moto 1 win.

1st lap of Production moto 1 before his helmet cam fell off and the frame broke.

Helmet cam of 90 mod moto 2 when he got a bad start, but still worked back up to 3rd.

I don't know what he was thinking. lol

We have a few weeks off, then we have 5 races in a row in November, that's gonna be a killer stretch. My bank account is gonna be hurting.

exhausted We came back for some District 13 racing at ECMX and won the 90 Mod class on the Yamazuki with a 1-1 finish and got 3rd overall in Production 90 on the 4 stroke. Def getting a little quicker on the mod.

His friend Corey got a had a get off, but he was ok.

Braden had a pretty sweet wheelie on the Holeshot of the mod moto 1.

Here are the helmet cam videos of the mod class. Just the 1st lap or 2 of each.

In Production he jumped early and hit the gate, but was able to make his way back from 9th to 3rd by the end of the race.

exhausted Then we went to Loretta Lynns for the Final ATVMX race. The first moto for 4 stroke 125 class was a muc fest and Braden did decent with a 4th place finish, then moto 2 the next day was much dryer and he ended up finishing 3rd, but it was enough to give him the overall win which shocked us all. It was an amazing feeling. Our first year in the Nationals and he wins his first overall at LL none the less. Needless to say, we were all pretty excited.

Here is video from Moto 2 of 125 class

The 90 shifter Jr. class was a little tougher, still need some more seat time on the 2 stroke, but ended up 12th overall I believe.

Here are some pics of the weekend

exhausted Haven't posted in a while, so this is gonna be a big one. lol

After Unadilla we went straight to Dream camp, which I was worried about since he just had the worst wreck in his life. But it ended up being the best thing to happen. It got him right back on the bike and had all the pros there to build his confidence back up. The Dream camp at Breezewood Proving Grounds was priceless. He got so much seat time and training in 5 days that you can't get anywhere else, and it came from the pros, not his dumb dad that doesn't know anything. lol

Here are some pics.

exhausted Braden had to make his first trip to the ER from racing at Unadilla. Luckily it was just for a few stitches. He was approaching a 40' gap jump when the kid in front of him slammed on the brakes and slid sideways on the face of the jump. Braden had to let off a bit to avoid him and made him come up short on the jump.

He raced mot 2 the next day, but he def was taking it easy. We went to dream camp for the rest of the week and he shook the cobwebs out and was back to riding harder than ever by Friday. We were very fortunate that a few stitches were the only injury.

Here is the wreck and a couple stills.

Im sure he will be there in no time. My son rolled back down the big uphill once. He never hit it in too high a gear again. Lol
That would be cool, their was only three in the 90-125 Class at Millville...Wish we would've been ready to hit the race...Next year!
