There is a metal sleeve between the countershaft and the seal. Pull it out to make it easier to remove the seal

There is a seal behind the sprocket. Remove the sprocket and pull the seal out with a hook tool or drive a screw in it and pull with players. Before installing the new seal, pack the cavity with heavy grease.

PM me a valid email and I can get a PDF version headed over later today.
Have you cleaned the area well to confirm it is oil from the sprocket? There will be a gasket there, I have not had to deal with that but I am sure others who have will chime in.

|Alvaradoh62||Morphrider, sorry for the late reply. Thank you very much, I really appreciate the help. I already bought a Clymer’s service manual it should be arriving by Monday but if you have an electronic version it will be appreciated. I will follow all of your recommendations. One thing I noticed it’s oil coming from the front sprocket, any ideas what’s wrong?|

First off, thank you for your service!
2nd, welcome to the forum.
3rd - oil change, flush radiator, adjust valves, check air in tires, check spark plug. All this can easily be done with a few beers in the garage. PM me a valid email and I can send a service manual over....free even!

Need help on maintenance and replacement parts!
Hi, just registered and need some help! I just retired from the Navy after 25 years and as a retirement gift I bought an old 2009 Raptor 700R. I just need recommendations on all parts that I need to add, replace and maintenance before hitting the trails. Thank you in advance!!
