My dad modified yard tools to be hauled around by his quad. He uses a de-thatcher and a leaf sweeper mostly with it. He also has a mini dump trailer.

Amazonherp It seems reasonable that you would use a 4 wheeler for property maintenance. Hauling stuff around and such.

EastGillyRaptor The homeowners insurance only pays for "items used in maintenance of the property". O well. Everyone is ok and that's what matters.
