Raptor 700 misfire

my 700 raptor chokes and spits when I throttle it in gear but I throttle it full throttle into neutral and it doesn't. We changed the spark, the coil, the TPS and we reset the PC and nothing. It seems to be something electric but I can't find what it is. it started doing that after the chain came off and cut the neutral switch but we put it back and it keeps doing the same.
any idea what it could be?
