    Hello, I have been having issues with head gaskets. I put a OEM on. I didn’t realize the fan wasn’t working and I think it got too hot and blew the head gasket letting coolant into the combustion chamber. Took the plug out blew and little coolant that was in there out. Got the fan working but...

    Hey guys, screwed up big time. Broke the back of the valve cover when taking it off. I feel pretty stupid apparently I missed the two under the cap. And I was going by the book. Is this repairable with a good TIG welder? Any thoughts ? I REALLY don’t want to buy a whole new setup.

    So the head cover didn’t have a gasket and the cylinder head had 2 gaskets stacked. I accidentally busted the head cover.😞 Can I just replace the cover or do I have to do a whole new valve case and cover?

    Needs quite a bit of cleaning. Looks like previous owner had #25s and 160 & 165s. I will be doing a 148 and 150. Would it be better to use the larger ones or stick with the dynojets 148 & 150

    Hey guys, I ordered some 25 jets from jets r us and they refunded me. So I reordered them again lol I’m guessing they are out of stock. Does anyone know where else I can find them. They are the last pieces I need for the jetting rebuild. Also I have my chain off since I put new sprockets on...

    Ok I took a ton of pictures. Apparently it has/had I took it off a 520 ATV chain. 13 on the front and a 44 on the back. I ordered a 12 for the front and 42 for the back. I will probably do an O ring chain. Stupid question but how do you count links ? Each fill link and the connecting bracket...
