    Just pick this up less than a week ago. Got it with a no spark issues diag by a shop to be the cdi. Replaced it and csi dies again hoping someone can guide me to fix this issue.

    Finally figured out what’s wrong with my raptor it was the boot for the spark plug. Always check out your boot if your not getting spark . I’ve had a lot of problems with ordering parts. Someone showed me a video about how to check out the ohms between the plug and the spark plug wire.

    I have a 05 raptor 350 with no spark we replaced the cdi , spark plug, coil pack, and the regulator rectifier, and the stator. After we changed the stator it ran for 2 days and now it doesn’t have spark anymore. It turns over fine. Please let me know what the problem is!!
