Rebuilding my 2006 700, so I stripped all the parts out of the motor to be cleaned and installed. My question is since I removed the valves do I need to get them lapped or they should be good to go back in since I did not replace any of those parts?

It won't hurt them, and depending on condition may help.

you already have it apart buy some lapping compound use a small piece of gas line and put that on the end of your valve so you have something to spin the valve with or by the lapping tool on Amazon
