I put an hmf fuel optimizer, new exhaust and intake last year. Recently Moved to the east coast. I followed the factory settings on fuel optimizer. But my raptor burns through a plug almost every time i ride it. Bending the top post of the spark plug. Once its bent, the machine will not start until i put a new plug in. Does anyone know what is causing this?

That is super duper lean if it burns the spark plug, causing it to be white correct? It was not this way before adjusting the optimizer once you moved East?

Moving from East to West, South to North is irrelevant. What elevation did you move from/to?

What is the color of the plug?
Can you see where it the ground strap contacted something?
I can only think of 3 possibilities.
1, The tune is "very" lean that the ground strap got red hot and compression bent it.
2, The tune is "very" rich, creating lots of hard carbon, pushed by the piston into the ground strap.
3, You're using the wrong length spark plug, going to deep in the chamber and is hit by the piston.
