2007 GYTR & SE'S have different ignitions?

Whats the deal with the GYTR & SE's showing different ignitions on Yamaha's website? For the 06 and even the 07 standard Raptors it just shows 16 bit ecu. The 07 GYTRs and SEs show Digital TCI w/16-bit ecu. Even when I bought my GYTR three weeks ago the sales guy said that he was told by a Yamaha rep that the ignition was upgraded on the GYTR but I didnt believe him because it was never highlighted by Yamaha. I just noticed it doing comparisons on their site, but now that I found it to be different on the website I believe him... but what does 'Digital TCI' mean? Thanks.
