Tried removing crank case vent but even with that removed won’t let me add more than 4oz before it throws it up back out the fill. Have tried pouring slow as well

I don't have a 90 so I'm gonna refer you to your manual. I know the Raptor 700, with a auxiliary oil tank, has to sit for a while to let the oil self level in the motor before checking. During a oil change it takes 1/2 in the tank and the other 1/2 in the motor.

Place a drinking straw about 1/2in past the inside of the funnel. Then pour the oil. It may also be helpful to raise that side of the bike up about 6in on blocks. Let the oil settle before lowering.
