It has lights and dash lights up battery was low been sitting for a few months well anyways battery was low took it out and charged it up now put it back in and can’t get her to start she isn’t cranking at all she isn’t even clicking when I try to start sounds like solenoid I checked all fuses and everything else was looking good but wanna make sure I am heading in the right direction as I also tested across the solenoid and initially got a reading but drops to zero so does that direction sound right

Still sounds like bad battery. Check the volts when charged and when cranking. You need 13 for a full battery.

I have 13.5 volts and as I had said it was no clicking at solenoid

Ensure all grounds are solid and tight. Maybe check the connectors at the switch as well.
